This policy describes how November Kilo Echo, Inc. (“NKE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects information from visitors to this website, novemberkiloecho.com (“the Site”). It does not cover the Magenta application, which has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

We use two third-party tools on this Site to understand traffic and inquiries:

  • PostHog, for product analytics. PostHog sets cookies to persist a visitor identifier across sessions and records pageviews, UTM parameters (such as campaign, source, and content identifiers on links you arrive from), and the referring page. Analytics requests are proxied through novemberkiloecho.com/ingest rather than sent directly to PostHog's servers. If you book a meeting through this Site, your PostHog analytics record is associated with the email address you supplied when booking.
  • HubSpot, for CRM and meeting scheduling. HubSpot's tracking script runs on every page of this Site and sets the hubspotutk cookie, which lets HubSpot associate your visit with a contact record if you later book a meeting or otherwise identify yourself to us. This is what lets us tell which page or campaign led to a booked meeting.

Why we collect it

We use this information to understand which pages and campaigns drive interest in our services, and to attribute a booked meeting back to the content that led to it. We do not use this data for advertising.

Who this information is shared with

Pageview and event data collected on this Site is processed by PostHog and HubSpot on our behalf, as our analytics and CRM processors respectively. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can control or block cookies from this Site through your browser's cookie settings, or by enabling a Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal where your browser supports it. Blocking cookies may prevent HubSpot from associating a booked meeting with your prior visits.
