How we vet

Eight stages. Our system narrows, an architect decides.

Automated stages handle volume and consistency. Every judgement that matters is made by an architect who would have to work with the result. No candidate is ever accepted or rejected automatically.

01Candidate

Apply

A candidate enters against one specific role, with a structured profile and their CV. There is no general pool: every application is measured against a real requirement list.

02Our system

Screen

The CV is read against that role's requirements. Our system flags what the interview has to probe, marks the candidates worth a session, and sets aside anyone who cannot clear the bar.

03NKE

Review

A principal architect reviews everyone the screen marked worth seeing and decides who moves forward. Our system never makes that call, and it never rejects anyone on its own.

04Our system

Schedule

Accepted candidates receive a link and book their own first interview, so the calendar stops being the bottleneck it usually is.

05NKE

Interview

A generated script drives the session: fixed stages, timed, with the stack probed requirement by requirement and questions drawn from that candidate’s own history. Notes are captured as it runs, against the same structure every time.

06Our system

Synthesize

Notes and CV are compiled into a starred scorecard, a requirement by requirement fit assessment, standout projects, a standardized resume, and a branded candidate profile.

07NKE

Release

Nothing reaches you automatically. A profile is released to your team only when we would put our name on it, which is the whole point of a boutique.

08Your team

Interview

You interview the candidate yourself, holding the scorecard and the profile, and you decide. No commitment before that conversation.

Standardized, not generic

The structure is fixed. The questions are not.

A process that asks every candidate the same questions cannot tell you whether someone fits your stack. One that improvises cannot tell you anything comparable. Ours holds the structure constant and generates the content from your job spec.

From your specYour requirements become the scorecard. Each one is assessed and rated on its own, so a strong overall impression cannot hide a gap that matters to you.
From your stackEach technology gets its own probe. React, Node, Java, Postgres, Elasticsearch, GCP: whatever the role runs on is questioned separately, not waved through as "full stack."
From their CVThe interview asks about the specific things in that history: the three roles in fifteen months, the claimed build-time win. Vague claims get tested.
Fixed every timeTimeboxed stages, an AI-tooling section, a values section, and a mandatory switch to English. Every candidate, every role, no exceptions.

Next step

Bring us a role and we'll run it.

Send the job spec and the stack. We will tell you what the screen would probe, who we have who could clear it, and how quickly.
